Cancel a Writing Center Appointment

If you're cancelling your Writing Center Appointment...

→ more than 24 hours in advance:

 

  • You can delete your appointment yourself via WCOnline up to 24 hours in advance.

  • To cancel your appointment, simply open your appointment on WCOnline and click Cancel this Appointment at the bottom of the appointment form. 
  • If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, you will be able to reschedule another appointment for later in the week, if we have openings.

→ less than 24 hours notice:

  • Clients are no longer allowed to delete an appointment by themselves on the day-of that appointment. To cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, email the Writing Center as soon as possible at cstw-writingcenter@osu.edu.

Note that cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be marked as a no-show.
