→ more than 24 hours in advance:

You can delete your appointment yourself via WCOnline up to 24 hours in advance.

To cancel your appointment, simply open your appointment on WCOnline and click Cancel this Appointment at the bottom of the appointment form.

If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, you will be able to reschedule another appointment for later in the week, if we have openings.
→ less than 24 hours notice:

Clients are no longer allowed to delete an appointment by themselves on the day-of that appointment. To cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, email the Writing Center as soon as possible at cstw-writingcenter@osu.edu.
Note that cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be marked as a no-show.
