How to Join your Live-Chat Consultation....
- Before your appointment time, visit WCOnline and log onto your scheduled session.

How to enable microphone and/or camera
WC Online works best using Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. It is not compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer, Safari, or Opera. Even though the session might appear to work with these browsers initially, issues will quickly arise such as being prompted every few seconds to enable video/sound and having the whiteboard disconnect.
Instructions for Chrome Users
1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
2. Select "Settings."
3. Click "Show Advanced Settings."
4. In the "Privacy" section, click "Content Settings."
5. In the "Media" section, click "Manage Exceptions."
If you want to enable WC Online to use your speaker, click "Manage Exceptions" under the option header "Microphone."
Then, click "allow" to add https://wcoocm.com:9091 to the list of apps allowed to use your microphone.
If you want to enable WC Online to use your web camera, click "Manage Exceptions" under the option header "Camera."
Then, click "allow" to add https://wcoocm.com:9091 to the list of apps allowed to use your camera.
If you wish to turn off your camera during your online session, simply click on the camera icon.
Additionally, if you decide to turn off the microphone but wish to keep the camera function, click on microphone icon to mute audio.
Instructions for Firefox Users
1. Open the Firefox Permissions Manager. To do so, type the words about:permissions into the address bar (as if it were a website) and hit "Enter." The current tab will be replaced by the permissions manager.
2. On the left side is a search bar above a list of all the websites you've visited. The right side lists the various website permissions stored by Firefox.
Find https://wcoocm.com in the list of visited websites to enable microphone/camera access for this site. Then click "allow" in the dropdown menu for "Use the Microphone" and/or "Use the Camera."
If you wish to turn off your camera during your online session, simply click on the camera icon.
Additionally, if you decide to turn off the microphone but wish to keep the camera function, click on microphone icon to mute audio.
