How We Can Help You
As an expert in your discipline, you know the forms of communication professionals in your field must learn. However, you might be less sure about the types of projects to assign your students or how to help them through the composing process so that they can master your discipline's discourse.WAC consultants can work with you to develop useful assignments and strategies for teaching them. We can point you to resources and scholarship on writing in your discipline. We can also visit your classes to give your students advice on how to approach specific assignments. Furthermore, we can help you figure out how to respond to and evaluate your students' writing effectively.
