Come to our first workshop of the year!
Writing Across the Curriculum will be facilitating a workshop for instructors and faculty looking for strategies to help international students with their writing. It will be held on October 12th, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. in the Elijah Pierce Gallery at the Frank W. Hale, Jr. Black Cultural Center.
The workshop, first in a series on international students and the teaching of writing, will include an airing and discussion of Writing Across Borders, a film produced by the Oregon State University's Writing Intensive Curriculum program. This brown bag is open to all faculty, staff and graduate students.
No registration is required. For more information, contact Chris Manion, Ph.D., Coordinator, Writing Across the Curriculum, Center for the Study and Teaching of Writing, 292-9650, email@example.com
